Ballyshannon Public Service Outreach Centre incorporating Ballyshannon Town Council, Donegal County Council Outreach Services, Citizens Advice Centre and Ballyshannon Community Library is situated in the Iona Building, Abbeyview, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal. (Entrance is opposite the Abbey Garage on the Donegal Road).

Opening Hours:
Ballyshannon Public Service Centre is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. (closed for lunch 12.30 to 1.00 p.m.)
Ballyshannon Library is open to the public as follows:
Tuesday 3.00 to 8.00 p.m.
Wednesday 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Thursday 3.00 to 8.00 p.m.
Friday 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Saturday 11.00 to 3.00 p.m.
